Widely used in the screening of dry powder, fine particle or micro powder materials in industries such as abrasives and grinding materials, chemical, plastic, pharmaceutical, resin powder, ceramic raw materials, metallurgy, building materials, grain, food, fertilizer, etc.  Working principle of linear vibrating screen:  The multi-layer powder linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors and operates based on the principle of vibration motor excitation. When two motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the vibration force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle in the vertical direction relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of vibration force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and undergoes a jumping forward linear motion to match the screen mesh reasonably and achieve the purpose of screening.  Ordering Instructions  When selecting and ordering, the number of sieve layers, inclination angle of the sieve surface, mesh size, processing capacity, material name, feeding particle size, outlet direction, material, etc. should be indicated. When the material falls, there should be no significant impact to avoid damaging the sieve mesh.  4. Before starting or stopping the machine, there should be no remaining materials on the screen surface.  5. If there is any abnormal noise during the operation of the equipment, it should be immediately shut down for inspection and troubleshooting before starting up.  6.
