Fully qualified and secure
Ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electrical energy into high-frequency electrical energy of 36KHz, which is input into an ultrasonic transducer and converted into mechanical vibration of 36-40KHz, thereby achieving efficient screening and cleaning of the mesh, making ultrafine powder screening easy. This system introduces a low amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the sieve based on the traditional vibrating screen to improve the screening performance of ultrafine powders. Especially suitable for users of high value-added fine powders.
Working principle
The ultrasonic vibration waves (mechanical waves) attached to the sieve cause the ultrafine powder to undergo tremendous ultrasonic acceleration, thereby suppressing factors such as adhesion, friction, flattening, and wedging, and improving screening and cleaning efficiency.
⊕ Characteristics
Improve the leveling (light contact between powder and mesh) and sliding effects of low-density powder in gravity settling, improve the retention or wedging of high-density metals in mesh openings, and enhance the adhesion effect of electrostatic powder, thereby improving screening efficiency and quality. In terms of screening pass rate, it generally increases the pass rate by 50% -100% compared to not using an ultrasonic vibrating screen, and in some cases increases the pass rate by 400%.
(1) Reduce or eliminate network clearing time.
(2) No contamination of the powder by auxiliary substances such as bouncing balls.
(3) Maintain the mesh size and stabilize the screening accuracy.
(4) Decompose adhesive substances and reduce sieve residue.
(5) Reduce the number of screenings.
