It can be used for washing sand in sand and gravel plants, recovering coal slurry in coal preparation plants, and discharging tailings in mineral processing plants. Performance advantages of dehydration vibrating screen products:  The dehydration screen adopts ultra-high molecular weight polyurethane (UHMW-PE) material, which has the characteristics of impact resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self lubrication, and absorption of impact energy. Its impact resistance is relatively high among all plastics, and its wear resistance is better than that of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, carbon steel, etc.  Dehydration vibrating screen product features:  1. The dehydration vibrating screen and dehydration screening machine are installed horizontally as a whole, but the screen mesh must be installed at a negative angle to ensure the forced dehydration effect;  2. The sieve used for dehydration screening can be a stainless steel composite sieve, installed in a tensioned manner; Stainless steel welded seam screen plates can also be used, and a compression installation can be adopted to meet different needs;  3. The dewatering screen can adjust the vibration frequency at any time through a frequency converter to achieve dewatering effect;  4. The dehydration screen adopts a self synchronous liquid lubrication vibrator for vibration, and the screen frame is made of special noise reducing materials and connected with high-strength bolts to ensure reliable operation and reduced working noise of the screen machine. The overall working noise of the machine is 85dB (A), which is about 15dB lower than similar screen machines;  5. Set up a curved screen surface in the feed section of the dewatering screen to improve dewatering efficiency;  6. Dehydration screen is equipped with a feeding box to ensure that the material is evenly fed into the screen surface;  7. The dehydration screen is equipped with an integral frame for easy handling and installation;  8. The dehydration screen relies on the upper filter layer to intercept fine particles and accumulate dehydration. The dehydration vibrating screen machine is divided into single-layer and double-layer, and there are single motor gear dragging and dual motor self synchronous dragging. Single motor towing can be divided into left mounted and right mounted.  2. The screen structure includes slotted screens and perforated screen plates. If woven screens and rubber screen plates are selected, they can be designed according to requirements.  3. To meet the requirements of screening efficiency, if necessary, the screening surface can be installed at an angle of 2-10 to the horizontal plane.  4. Except for ZSM185 vibrating screen bolts with two specifications of M20 and M16, all other screen machine foundation bolts are M20 and are provided by the user.
