⊕ Product Overview
The GLS series probability sieve is a new and efficient screening equipment, and its screening box runs in a straight line. Adopting multiple layers of large inclination screen surfaces, the inclination angle of the screen surface increases from top to bottom. Using probability theory, the sieve holes are larger than the required screening particle size, generally 1.2-2.2 times, greatly improving screening efficiency and production capacity. This series of screening machines is a successful example of the organic combination of probability screening wheels and engineering practice. Its new design concept, unique structure, and screening principle have achieved high-quality screening effects for probability screening, and have broad application prospects.
Working principle
The GLS series probability sieve uses sieve holes larger than the screening particle size to classify materials. It consists of a frame, a set of multi-layer overlapping screens with increasing slope from top to bottom and decreasing sieve hole size, and two vibration motors. The entire device is installed on a set of elastic components, and high-frequency vibration is obtained on the screen surface through the rotation of the excitation motor. The size of the sieve mesh is generally larger than the screening particle size. After the material enters the sieve, it quickly disintegrates, thereby eliminating the possibility of sieve hole blockage caused by critical particles.
