I. Overview

2、 Structure
Ultrasonic resonant power supply: High frequency and high-power ultrasonic resonant power generator, using digital frequency modulation and amplitude modulation, can automatically track the resonance point according to different screening states (different material grid structures), achieve peak power output, long-term stable operation, low heat generation, and convenient use.

3、 Working principle
The ultrasonic screening system consists of an ultrasonic generator, a transducer, and a frame. The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency oscillations, which are converted into longitudinal oscillations in the form of high-frequency sine waves by the transducer. These oscillations are transmitted to the screening surface, allowing the material to be screened at a frequency of 38000 vibrations per second. This not only prevents clogging of the mesh holes, but also improves screening yield and accuracy.
