The working principle of GZG motor vibrating feeder:
The feeding process of the GZG series motor vibrating feeder is achieved by using two motors to drive the exciter to drive the feeding trough to perform periodic linear reciprocating vibration in the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the acceleration of the feeding trough vibration is greater than the gravitational acceleration, the material in the trough is thrown up and jumps forward according to a parabolic trajectory. The throwing and falling are completed in an instant. Due to the continuous excitation of the excitation source, the feeding trough continuously vibrates, and the material in the trough continuously jumps forward to achieve the purpose of feeding.
