Product Overview of Large Tilt Angle Belt Conveyor (Edge Belt Conveyor):
The DJ large angle belt conveyor, also known as the edge blocking belt conveyor, has a structure in which rubber wave shaped vertical "skirts" that can be freely extended and retracted are glued on both sides of a parallel rubber conveyor belt. Between the skirts, there are horizontal partitions with certain strength and elasticity to form a box shaped hopper, allowing materials to be continuously transported in the hopper.
Large angle belt conveyors are widely used in coal, grain, building materials, chemical, hydropower, and metallurgical sectors. They transport various bulk materials with a specific gravity of 0.5-2.5t/m3 in the ambient temperature range of -19 ℃ to+40 ℃. For materials with special requirements for transportation, such as high temperature, materials with acidic, alkaline, oily substances or organic solvents, special edge blocking conveyor belts are required, so they are called edge blocking belt conveyors.
Characteristics and application scope of high inclination conveyor:
1. This series of products is a continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials, using a conveyor belt with wavy edges and horizontal partitions. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for high angle conveying.
2. Widely used in industries such as coal, grain, building materials, chemical, hydropower, and metallurgy, it can transport various bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5t/m3 within an ambient temperature range of -19 ℃ to+40 ℃, and can also be called a grain conveyor.
3. The upper limit of the inclined angle conveyor is 90 °, and the upper limit of the particle size of the conveyed material is 300mm.
4. For materials with special requirements for transportation, such as high temperature or materials with acidic, alkaline, oily substances or organic solvents, special material corrugated edge conveyor belts should be used.
Large angle belt conveyor (edge belt conveyor) overall layout form:
To achieve better loading and unloading conditions, this machine adopts a "Z" - shaped layout. There are upper horizontal section, lower horizontal section and inclined section, and the material is received in the lower horizontal section and discharged in the upper horizontal section. A convex arc-shaped frame is used to connect the upper horizontal section and the inclined section, and a concave arc-shaped frame is used to connect the lower horizontal section and the inclined section to achieve a smooth transition of the conveyor belt.
1. Upper horizontal section: In order to meet the requirements of different unloading heights, the head frame is divided into a lower head frame (head frame height H0=1000mm), a middle head frame (head frame height H0=1100-1500mm), and a high head frame (head frame height H0=1600-2000mm). Correspondingly, the upper horizontal section is equipped with a low convex arc section frame and a low middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1000mm), a Chinese convex arc section frame and a Chinese middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1100-1500mm), and a high convex arc section frame and a high middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1600-2000mm).
2. Tilt section: Regardless of whether the upper horizontal section uses low, medium, or high middle frame legs, the tilt section uses low middle frame legs. When the inclination angle of the conveyor is greater than or equal to 45 °, it is recommended to use Type II low middle frame support legs.
3. Lower horizontal section: The lower horizontal section adopts a low middle frame support leg.
