The three-dimensional vibrating screen is suitable for relatively dry operating environments, as moisture or water ingress can easily cause the motor to burn out, especially when used again after several months of shutdown. So, how to implement waterproof and moisture-proof measures for the three-dimensional vibrating screen? Let me give you a brief introduction.
1. Circulating hot air drying method:
Make a drying chamber with insulation material (such as using refractory bricks), leaving an air outlet on top and an air inlet on the side. The air inlet is connected to the heating chamber, and a 220V electric furnace wire of about 3kW is insulated inside the heating chamber (other heating methods can also be used for the heating chamber). The heating chamber can be made of iron sheet, and a hair dryer can be used to blow hot air from the heating chamber into the drying chamber to dry the vibration motor winding. The temperature of the hot air in the drying room is controlled at around 100 ℃.
2. Chemical desiccant water absorption method:
Lime desiccant. The main component is calcium oxide, and its water absorption ability is achieved through chemical reactions, so water absorption is irreversible. Regardless of the humidity level in the external environment, it can maintain a moisture absorption capacity greater than 35% of its own weight, making it more suitable for low-temperature storage, with good drying and moisture absorption effects, and a lower price.
In addition, a high-power incandescent bulb can be placed inside for drying, but be careful not to separate the bulb from the coil. The above is an introduction to some waterproof and moisture-proof methods for 3D vibrating screens. We hope it will be helpful to you.
