Working principle of YZUL vibration motor:
A vibration motor is an excitation source that combines a power source and a vibration source. The vibration motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the rotor shaft, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks to obtain the excitation force. The YZUL series vibration motor generates adjustable horizontal, vertical, inclined and other directions of multiple excitation forces from the operation of the motor itself, forming various motion modes such as rapid planar dispersion, central aggregation, planar rotation, and three-dimensional rotation of materials. It is used to control mechanical performance indicators such as discharge speed and processing accuracy, and adapts to different mechanical requirements for vibration sources with its unique structural characteristics.
