　　A feeder is an auxiliary equipment in the mechanized storage and transportation system of lime production enterprises. Its main function is to continuously and evenly feed processed or unprocessed materials from a certain equipment (hopper, storage bin, etc.) to the receiving equipment or transportation machinery. The vibrating feeder used in mines is used to uniformly or quantitatively supply materials from storage bins or other storage equipment to the receiving equipment, and is a device that implements automated flow operations.

　　The feeder is a commonly used equipment in mining, and its simple structure, practicality, and convenience are the advantages of the vibrating feeder itself. Moreover, the vibrating feeder is continuous, uniform, and stable during use, so it occupies a very large proportion in mining equipment, and it can effectively control material flow.

　　1. Everyone knows that the vibrating feeder is durable, but it must be placed in a stable location to prevent the machine from malfunctioning due to encountering foreign objects.

　　2. In daily life, we need to regularly lubricate the vibrating feeder, which will reduce many unnecessary troubles during machine operation.

　　3. When not in use, cover the machine with a rain cloth to prevent dust and rain.

　　4. When working, special attention should be paid to the generator, which must not be too hot.
